The European WaSH Working Group has the aim to inform and to stimulate Lions Services predominantly in Africa and Asia to understand and examine the possibilities of an efficient, effective and sustainable Lions participation in order to improve the welfare conditions for its people. Special focus is on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in accordance with UN Sustainable Development Goal No 6 and parent issues.
WaSH WG is a strategic advisory group to manage Lions WaSH project of international importance. WaSH offers support to the European Council and offers discussions and solutions especially in close cooperation with the Euro-Africa- and the Euro-Asia-Committee. |
